Linda Blumberg, senior fellow, The Urban Institute, provided an overview of insurance rates that states have made available to date.

Uwe Reinhardt, professor of economics and public affairs, Princeton University, discussed the challenges in comparing the new rates to existing rates.

Tom Miller, resident fellow, American Enterprise Institute, offered analysis of rate information that is available.
