Dr. Archelle Georgiou is a physician, author, and national health expert who helps individuals make informed medical decisions. She has produced over 1,000 TV segments simplifying healthcare and hosts a weekly segment on KSTP-TV (ABC) and the podcast Speak Up For Your Health. Archelle was the medical correspondent for the Blue Zones expedition in Ikaria, Greece, and a featured speaker in the U.S. bid for the 2027 World Expo.
Archelle's has had an unorthodox career path including a transition from clinical practice to serving as a senior executive and Chief Medical Officer at UnitedHealthcare Group. Archelle has also held leadership roles across managed care, investment banking, and medical technology. She currently serves on several boards, including Children’s Minnesota and Nuwellis (Nasdaq: NUWE), and advises innovative health companies like SageMedic and Xanthos Health.
She earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, practiced in internal medicine, and splits her time between New York and Minnesota.
