Alliance Wishes Kathryn Martucci Well in her Next Endeavor

After 5+ years with the Alliance for Health Policy, Kathryn Martucci, the Alliance’s Senior Director of Program Strategy and Management is moving on to pursue new opportunities. We thank Kathryn for her years of service, as well as for giving us ample time to plan for the future of programming at the Alliance.

Kathryn joined the Alliance in January 2018 as a Senior Health Policy Analyst and quickly rose through the ranks to Associate Director, and then Director, of Policy and Programming, to become the Senior Director of Program Strategy and Management.

She contributed to the development of enterprise-wide strategy on key programmatic offerings – education, dialogue, thought leadership, and convenings – ensuring fidelity to mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Throughout her tenure, she led the crafting and implementation of over 250 high-quality, timely, informative events, convenings, and deliverables. She also oversaw strategy for new and emerging program offerings for the Alliance – including facilitation of solution-focused dialogue working groups, the Alliance’s written deliverables (such as the Health Policy Handbook), and rapid response webinars on court decisions and the COVID-19 response.

She was also an integral part of the Alliance’s leadership team and supported the creation and execution of multi-year strategies, change management initiatives, and organizational structure. To that end, in the past year, she led the formation of a brand new program management function for the Alliance as the first-ever leader of the Program Strategy and Management team.

We are endlessly grateful for Kathryn and her work with the Alliance, and look forward to supporting her in her future ventures and to her remaining part of the broader Alliance family.
