The Health and the Economy Summit, a program of the 2021 Signature Series, explored how the health care ecosystem and the health of our nation’s population have become inextricably intertwined with the financial health of our country. Throughout the virtual Summit, keynote speakers and expert panels discussed the economic impact of COVID-19 at the individual, local, state, and federal levels, explored links between workforce productivity, coverage, and population health, and examined short and long-term policy implications and tradeoffs.
